Welcome to StudioFaster. We provide AI-powered production tools for game studios, app developers, and creative teams — including AI Reskinning, AI Upscale, and a Sound Library of 20,000+ SFX files. By accessing or using our services at studiofaster.com and ai.studiofaster.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

StudioFaster provides users with AI tools for asset production: reskinning game visuals, upscaling images to 4K, and accessing a professional sound library. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

  • Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • User Responsibilities: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content Ownership

  • You Own Your Output: All images and assets produced using StudioFaster's tools belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your original uploads or the AI-processed results.
  • Commercial Use Rights: You are granted full rights to use your transformed assets for commercial purposes, including marketing, social media, product sales, game releases, and client projects.

StudioFaster's Intellectual Property

The StudioFaster platform, including our proprietary AI models, upscaling algorithms, and sound library curation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of StudioFaster is studiofaster.com and ai.studiofaster.com.

  • You do not own the underlying AI technology or algorithms.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our platform's technology.

Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and professional environment, you agree NOT to:

  • Upload or create content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party copyrights.
  • Strictly Prohibited: Use our tools to create non-consensual deepfakes, sexually explicit content (NSFW), or misleading media of public figures or private individuals.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models or bypass usage limits.
  • Use automated systems (bots) to overload our processing infrastructure.
  • Resell access to StudioFaster tools without explicit written authorization.

Privacy and Data Collection

StudioFaster collects data to provide and optimize our AI services:

  • Account Information: Basic details provided during sign-up.
  • Input Media: Images you upload for processing (used only for the requested transformation).
  • Usage Data: Technical information to improve AI rendering performance.
  • Cookies: Data used to enhance your workflow and session management.

Pricing and Payments

  • Payment Terms: All purchases are final and non-refundable once AI processing tokens have been consumed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice to users.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StudioFaster at our sole discretion, without notice, for:

  1. Violation of these Terms of Use.
  2. Abuse of the AI processing system or bypassing payment mechanisms.
  3. Creation of harmful, illegal, or prohibited content.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

StudioFaster's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding:

  • The absolute accuracy or perfection of AI-generated results.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation during peak processing times.
  • The suitability of AI-generated content for specific legal or official identification purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, studiofaster.com and ai.studiofaster.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the AI tools, including loss of data or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which studiofaster.com operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
